Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Floral Art Studio by Grace. Every floral piece is handmade with care in our Athens studio, and we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
This Shipping Policy is written in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Greek Law 2251/1994, particularly Articles 3e–3ia, 4, 5, and 9, which govern consumer protection, online sales, delivery, and withdrawal rights.
1. Processing Time
All products are handcrafted to order.

Standard processing time: 3–5 business days before shipment.

Custom or pre-order designs: up to 10 business days, depending on materials and design complexity.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver within Greece and most EU countries.
For shipments outside the EU, please contact floralartstudio@mgracea.com for a personalized quotation and estimated timeframe.
3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes
Greece:

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery: 1–2 business days (subject to region and courier availability).
EU Countries:

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on courier, customs, or external conditions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s destination and weight.

Free local delivery may be available for selected areas within Athens.

Bulk or event orders may require separate delivery coordination and quotation.
5. Packaging & Handling
All floral products are securely packed with eco-friendly materials to ensure safe transport.
Fragile items, such as glass-domed arrangements, receive additional protective packaging.
6. Delivery Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
In accordance with Article 5(5) of Law 2251/1994, Floral Art Studio by Grace cannot be held liable for delays or additional costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the package and product.
We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit in compliance with Article 540 of the Greek Civil Code regarding defective goods.
For lost or delayed parcels, please inform us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Pre-Orders & Custom Designs
Pre-ordered and bespoke floral arrangements are made exclusively to order, and production time may vary.
Estimated completion and delivery times will be confirmed via email upon purchase.
As per Article 3ιβ (3ib) of Law 2251/1994, such personalized products are not eligible for withdrawal or refund once production has commenced.
