Welcome to Studio Floral Art (operated by Floral Art Studio by Grace, hereinafter “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.studiofloralart.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, established in accordance with:

the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU),
Greek Law 2251/1994 (Articles 3e–3ia, 4, 5, 9, 11, and 13) on Consumer Protection,
and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Greek and EU law.
Use of this site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the related policies (Privacy, Shipping, and Returns).

3. Products & Descriptions

All floral arrangements and decorative items are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur from product photos due to natural materials and artistic differences.
Each product page includes a description, price, and estimated delivery time.

Custom and made-to-order designs are created specifically for each client and are not eligible for returns or refunds, in accordance with Article 3ιβ (3ib) of Law 2251/1994.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, as required by Article 11 of Law 2251/1994.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe or other approved payment methods.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Floral Art Studio by Grace reserves the right to update product prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later changes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, prepared under Articles 3e–3ia and 5 of Law 2251/1994.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

6. Cancellations & Withdrawals

Under Article 3ιβ (3ib) of Law 2251/1994, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days for non-customized products, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

However, customized or made-to-order products (including bespoke floral designs and event décor) are exempt from withdrawal rights once production has started.

All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to floralartstudio@mgracea.com.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-custom items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
Refunds, where approved, are processed within 14 days after product inspection, in accordance with Article 5(10) of Law 2251/1994.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and reliable service.
However, Floral Art Studio by Grace shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, force majeure, or incorrect customer information).

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, texts, and content on www.studiofloralart.com are the exclusive property of Floral Art Studio by Grace and protected under Greek Law 2121/1993 on Intellectual Property.
Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, in accordance with Article 13 of Law 2251/1994.
